Pizza Momos
Our pizza momos are most unique and fully fusion dish people loved this. We made our momos by frying and inject them with mayo and coat with home tandoori mayo, first we make bed of onoin ,tomato,mayo mis and topped with mozzarella and bake. After that we put 10 pieces of tandoori marinated momos as mention above and then drizzle pizza sauce on very momos and them put some more mozzarella on top and bake till cheese get melt. Serve with our specialy made spicy green chili garlic and herb mayo dip.
You can make this at home by using otg and and in kadhai on medium heat.
