Fruit Cake
Ingredients:-
- 600 Gm of flour
- 1/3 teaspoon of baking powder
- 40 ML of margarine
- 20 Ml of roll
- 60 Gm of sugar
- 1.5 nos. of eggs
- ½ teaspoon of pine apple essence
- ¼ teaspoon of color
- 25 Gm of cherry
Preparation method:-
- Sieve flour with baking powder in a bowl
- Mix margarine in a bowl. Add sugar little at a time and cream the mixture.
- Keep greasing till all the sugar absorb and flappy
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl along with pine apple essence and yellow color
- Mix the egg little at a time in the mixture little starching
- Fold in the flour with the palate knife or speatchula using cut & fold method.
- Wash the tut fruity and chop finely and add in to mixture
- Transfer the mixture in a ½ kg bread mold and bake at 150C for 10-15 min.
- Remove and cool at cooling place
Note: Check with the help of knife, dip knife tip into cake
and remove it if knife is clear. Cake is done.
