Fruit Cake

Ingredients:-

  1. 600 Gm of flour
  2. 1/3 teaspoon of baking powder
  3. 40 ML of margarine
  4. 20 Ml of roll
  5. 60 Gm of sugar
  6. 1.5 nos. of eggs
  7. ½ teaspoon of pine apple essence
  8. ¼ teaspoon of color
  9. 25 Gm of cherry

Preparation method:-

  • Sieve flour with baking powder in a bowl
  • Mix margarine in a bowl. Add sugar little at a time and cream the mixture.
  • Keep greasing till all the sugar absorb and flappy
  • Beat the egg in a separate bowl along with pine apple essence and yellow color
  • Mix the egg little at a time in the mixture little starching
  • Fold in the flour with the palate knife or speatchula using cut & fold method.
  • Wash the tut fruity and chop finely and add in to mixture
  • Transfer the mixture in a ½ kg bread mold and bake at 150C for 10-15 min.
  • Remove and cool at cooling place

Note: Check with the help of knife, dip knife tip into cake and remove it if knife is clear. Cake is done.
