Rava Dosa
Ingredients:-
- 2 cup of semolina (suji)
- 2 cup of rice flour
- 1 cup of maida
- 1-2 green chilies
- 1 nos. of large onion, finely chopped
- 1 inch of ginger, finely chopped
- 10-15 nos. of curry leaves
- Few coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seed (jeera)
- Oil for roasting dosa
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Preparation method:-
- In a mixing bowl combine these ingredients (Suji, rice flour, maida, cumin-seed, salt ) with the help of water till no lumps.
- Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, chilli
- Add more water to maintain the consistency of batter as required for dosa batter and set aside for 30-40 min.
- Heat tava and spread oil on it or can be use non-stick pan (no need to oil).
- Pour batter on tava, sprinkle more oil for crispness make sure flame on medium heat
- No need to roast other side, switch off the flame.
- Serve dosa with coconut chutney or Sāmbhar.
