Mint Sauce

Ingredients:-

  1. 1.5 cup finely chop fresh mint leaves
  2. 1 cup finely chop fresh coriander leaves
  3. 1 cup yoghurt (can be use curd)
  4. 1 nos. of green chili
  5. 2 nos. of garlic cloves
  6. ½ inch of ginger
  7. 1 nos. of onion
  8. 1 nos. of lemon
  9. 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin seed (jeera)
  10. 1 teaspoon of dry mango powder (amchur)
  11. 1 teaspoon of chaat masala
  12. Black salt to taste (can be use rock salt)
  13. 3-4 nos. of ice cubes

Preparation method:-

  • Grind other ingredients (mint leaves, coriander, onion, green chili, garlic, ginger) in a mixing jar with help of water and convert into a smooth paste.
  • Blend both of these with ice cubes till one in color.
  • Serve with snacks.
