Veg Ravioli with Creamy Sun Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients:-
- 150 Gm of flour
- 02 Nos. of egg
- 50 Gm sundries tomato
- 30 ML of cream
- 02 Gm of salt
- 02 Gm of pepper
- 50 Gm of ricotta cheese (can be use paneer)
- 02 Gm of parsley (can be use green coriander)
Preparation method:-
- Make dough with flour & eggs;
- Roll dough to a very thin sheet;
- Make stuffing with ricotta cheese, salt, pepper &
parsley;
- In a sauce pan boil heavy cream over medium heat stirring
constantly until cream reduced by half.
- Make paste of sun dried tomatoes & add it to cream, add
seasoning;
- Toss ravioli with creamy tomato sauce;
- Garnish it with chopped parsley.
