Veg Ravioli with Creamy Sun Dried Tomatoes

Veg Ravioli with Creamy Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients:-

  1. 150 Gm of flour
  2. 02 Nos. of egg
  3. 50 Gm sundries tomato
  4. 30 ML of cream
  5. 02 Gm of salt
  6. 02 Gm of pepper
  7. 50 Gm of ricotta cheese (can be use paneer)
  8. 02 Gm of parsley (can be use green coriander)

Preparation method:-

  1. Make dough with flour & eggs;
  2. Roll dough to a very thin sheet;
  3. Make stuffing with ricotta cheese, salt, pepper & parsley;
  4. In a sauce pan boil heavy cream over medium heat stirring constantly until cream reduced by half.
  5. Make paste of sun dried tomatoes & add it to cream, add seasoning;
  6. Toss ravioli with creamy tomato sauce;
  7. Garnish it with chopped parsley.
