Ingredients:-
- 30 Gm of sugar grains (Chini)
- 55 Gm of sugar Powder (can be use sugar grains)
- 250 ML of Milk
- 2 nos. of egg
- Few drops of vanilla essence (easily available)
- 1 caramel mold (can be use baking tin)
Preparation method:-
Put sugar in caramel mold and caramelize it (can be caramelize in any pan then put into molds).
In a large bowl beat the eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining sugar until combined but not foamy. Pour over caramelized sugar.
Bake in oven at 180c in 40 minutes.
Alternatively:-
In a pan put 3-4 stones and pour water in it then put custard molds at stones and covered the molds with silver foil and cook for 40-45 minutes in simmering temperature.How to Check:-
How to know that it be ready or not?Slightly remove foil paper and dip a knife into the custard, if knife cleanly comes out then it’s ready otherwise cook more to get ready.
