caramelised sweet potato

Ingredients:-

1. 1. 400 Gm of sweet potato
   2. 20 Gm of sugar
   3. 25 Gm of Salt
   4. 05 Gm of pepper
   5. 15 Gm of butter

Preparation Method:-

• Place the potatoes on a foiled line baking sheet & bake it under tender Or can be roast them into gas stove.
• Remove it from oven & peel it. Cut it in dices.
• In a pan caramelize sugar with butter, toss sweet potatoes in it.
• Add seasoning on it & serve hot.
