Overview about Sausages
- Sausages is a cylindrical meat product usually made from minced meat along with some herbs flavour
- Typically, a sausage is formed in casing
- Casing: casing is traditionally made from Intestine
- Remember to soak natural casing before stuffing. This removes the salt, it help casing go on stuffing more easily
- In hotels sausage is made in sausage machine have different sizes of nozzles usually nozzle size is 18 cm long and nozzle is 15 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm size
- In hotels for making sausage casing is apply on machines nozzle and apply some pressure with the help of handle and fill mixture in casing
- We also can make sausages in home with the machine & casing with this recipe and technique

Chicken Mince 1

Garlic Fine Chopped ¼

Parsley Fine Chopped ¼

Rose Marry Fine chopped ¼
cup
Paprika Powder 2

Salt to

Pepper to
taste
Very Fine Chopped Onion ¼

Finely Chopped pickle jalapeno ¼

Herb Garlic Butter 50

Method
- For the Mixture we add all these ingredients (Garlic, Parsley, Rose marry, Paprika, Jalapeno, Salt, pepper, onion) into mince chicken and mix it well
- Take a clean wrap cut and roll the mixture in clean wrap and make sausages
- Take pot boil water in it and boiled the wrap sausages in boiling water
- Remove sausages in water when it done and separate mixture and clean wraps
- Take a pan on low heat add herb lime butter (CLICK HERE) when butter is melt add sausages into pan and cook till golden brown in colour
- Serve hot
