How to make Makki Di Roti?

Makki Di Roti

Ingredients


Corn Meal                                               1 ½ cup
Whole Wheat Flour                                 ¼ cup
Salt                                                          to taste
Unsalted Butter                                      As required
Water                                                      As required

Method


  • Add salt & whole flour to cornmeal and mix well

  • Add warm water knead to make Medium soft dough and divide into equal portion
  • Put each ball between clean wrap to make roti of medium thicken
  • Heat tawa & place a roti on it cook on moderate heat till one side is half done

  • Turn-over and spread some white butter over surface

  • Serve with Butter.
