Makki Di Roti
Ingredients
Corn Meal 1
½ cup
Whole Wheat Flour ¼
cup
Salt to
taste
Unsalted Butter As
required
Water As
required
Method
- Add salt & whole flour to cornmeal and mix well
- Add warm water knead to make Medium soft dough and divide into equal portion
- Put each ball between clean wrap to make roti of medium thicken
- Heat tawa & place a roti on it cook on moderate heat till one side is half done
- Turn-over and spread some white butter over surface
- Serve with Butter.
