Crispy Fried Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
Potato
Arrowroot
Salt
Red chili
Black Pepper
Oregano seasoning
Method
1.Potatoes Wash,Peel,Cut in Wedges and boil in salted water for 5 min or 50% cooked.
2. Refrigerate boiled potatoes for 30-45 minutes.
3.Make better using arrowroot,salt,red chili,black pepper, oregano,water.
4.Coat Potato Wedges in better nicely.
5.Fry wedges till Golden Brown.
6.Serve Hot With Mayo dip or Ketchup.
