Preparation method:-
Firstly melt the dark chocolate into double boiler. Take it out from the boiler and have rest. Then You have take 3 or 4 types of Candies and crush it very cleanly and neatly then add some peanut butter into it. Add some crushed cookies in it. Mixed Well. After Made your Fillings then take a Chocolate Mould. Pour Dark Chocolate inside it and Spread it slowly. Then add your filling upon spreaded Dark chocolate. And Again cover it with remaining melted dark chocolate gently spread on it. Finally, Freeze it Around 40 Min.
Tools Required:-
- Double Boiler
- Silicon Spatula
- Whisker.
- Chocolate Mould
Please Note:- If mistakenly goes water in chocolate (SEIZED) when you melting it, how can you recover it again? To fix this, boil a little water in a vessel, then take one spoon of that boiled water and pour in the chocolate. And whisk it in the same boiler. If needed add more boiled water.
