Avocado Ice-cream

Ingredients:-

  1. 2 nos. of avocado(mexican fruit)
  2. 1/4 cup of honey
  3. 1 small tin of (200 Ml) organic coconut milk (easily available in market)

Preparation Method:-

  1. Freeze the organic coconut milk for at least an hour
  2. Scoop out all coconut milk in a mixing jar and mix well until converted into creamy texture remove it in a bowl 
  3. In another jar honey & avocado mix well like a smooth paste
  4. Mix both avocado mixture and coconut creamy mixture 
  5. Freeze this for at least 3-4 hour
  6. Serve and Enjoy.
