Vegetable Lasagna

Ingredients:-

  1. 25 Gm zucchini (can be used tori)
  2. 25 Gm of carrot
  3. 25 Gm of mushroom
  4. 10 Gm of garlic (lahsun)
  5. 50 ML of olive oil (can be use refined oil)
  6. 3 Gm of basil (tulsi)
  7. 100 ML of tomato puree
  8. 50 Gm of mozzarella cheese (easily available in market)
  9. 50 Gm of parmesan cheese (optional)
  10. 20 Gm of leeks (can be use hra lahsun)
  11. 20 Gm of Celery (can be use green coriander stamp)
  12. 20 Gm of broccoli (can be used coli flour)
  13. 150 Gm of lasagna sheet (easily available in market)
  14. 15 Gm of red bell pepper (red capsicum)
  15. 15 Gm of yellow bell pepper (yellow capsicum)
  16. 2-3 pinch pepper
  17. Salt to taste

Preparation method:-

  • Wash, peel and chop all vegetables cook in olive oil, add salt and pepper.
  • Blanch (half boil) lasagna sheet.
  • Took a baking tray put lasagna sheet, spread vegetables mixture on it ,pour some sauce on it, sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Repeat this process layer by layer.
  • Bake it at 180C temp.  for 20 min.
