Vegetable Lasagna
Ingredients:-
- 25 Gm zucchini (can be used tori)
- 25 Gm of carrot
- 25 Gm of mushroom
- 10 Gm of garlic (lahsun)
- 50 ML of olive oil (can be use refined oil)
- 3 Gm of basil (tulsi)
- 100 ML of tomato puree
- 50 Gm of mozzarella cheese (easily available in market)
- 50 Gm of parmesan cheese (optional)
- 20 Gm of leeks (can be use hra lahsun)
- 20 Gm of Celery (can be use green coriander stamp)
- 20 Gm of broccoli (can be used coli flour)
- 150 Gm of lasagna sheet (easily available in market)
- 15 Gm of red bell pepper (red capsicum)
- 15 Gm of yellow bell pepper (yellow capsicum)
- 2-3 pinch pepper
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:-
- Wash, peel and chop all vegetables cook in olive oil, add salt and pepper.
- Blanch (half boil) lasagna sheet.
- Took a baking tray put lasagna sheet, spread vegetables mixture on it ,pour some sauce on it, sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Repeat this process layer by layer.
- Bake it at 180C temp. for 20 min.
