Potato Gnocchi with Rosa Sauce

Ingredients for gnocchi pasta:-

  1. 300 Gm of mash potato
  2. 20 Gm of salt
  3. 05 Gm of pepper
  4. 50 gm of parmesan cheese
  5. 100 gm of flour

Ingredients for sauce:-

  1. 100 ML of Tomato puree
  2. 03 Gm of basil
  3. 30 Gm of garlic
  4. 30 ML of olive oil
  5. 30 ML of cream
  6. 05 Gm of parsley
  7. 02 sachit of oregano seasoning

Preparation method:-

    • Mix potato mash,salt,pepper,parmesan cheese & flour.
    • Make gnocchi of it and blanch into hot water.
      • In a pan heat olive oil,saute garlic,add tomato puree & cook it for 20 min.and add basil,cream & seasoning in it.
      • Toss blanched gnocchi with sauce.
      • Garnish it with chop parsley or parmesan cheese.
