Potato Gnocchi with Rosa Sauce
Ingredients for gnocchi pasta:-
- 300 Gm of mash potato
- 20 Gm of salt
- 05 Gm of pepper
- 50 gm of parmesan cheese
- 100 gm of flour
Ingredients for sauce:-
- 100 ML of Tomato puree
- 03 Gm of basil
- 30 Gm of garlic
- 30 ML of olive oil
- 30 ML of cream
- 05 Gm of parsley
- 02 sachit of oregano seasoning
Preparation method:-

- Mix potato mash,salt,pepper,parmesan cheese & flour.
- Make gnocchi of it and blanch into hot water.

- In a pan heat olive oil,saute garlic,add tomato puree & cook it for 20 min.and add basil,cream & seasoning in it.
- Toss blanched gnocchi with sauce.
- Garnish it with chop parsley or parmesan cheese.
