Vegetable Cutlet
Ingredients:-
- 4 nos. of potato
- ¼ cup of carrot
- ¼ cup of peas
- ½ cup of onion
- 1 stick of celery (can be used green coriander stamp)
- ¼ cup of capsicum
- 1 no. of lemon
- 2-3 pinch of black pepper
- 1 nos. of egg
- 50 Gm of bread crumb (sukhi bread ka powder)
- ½ cup of refined flour (maida)
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt to taste

Preparation method:-
- Boil and rest for cool potatoes in refrigerator at least for half an hour then mash it.
- Chop and peel carrot and peas (matar) then boil it.
- Chop onion, celery (hra dhaniya) and capsicum finely.
- Mix all veggies into mash potato then add lemon juice, salt, pepper.
- Shape it into cutlet, dust with flour, dip into egg and dust bread crumb after that deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve with mint sauce.
