Riz Pilaff

Ingredients:-

  1. 250 Gm of long grain rice
  2. 50 Gm of chopped onions
  3. 100 Gm of butter
  4. 50 Ml of white stock
  5. Salt to taste

Preparation method:-

  • Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes
  • Cook chopped onion with butter till golden brown
  • Add rice, sauté a little and then add stock and salt to it and cover with a lid.
  • Cook in a moderate oven for 18 min. as soon as rice is cooked add remaining butter cut into small pieces and mix with a fork.
  • Serve hot.
