Riz Pilaff
Ingredients:-
- 250 Gm of long grain rice
- 50 Gm of chopped onions
- 100 Gm of butter
- 50 Ml of white stock
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:-
- Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes
- Cook chopped onion with butter till golden brown
- Add rice, sauté a little and then add stock and salt to it and cover with a lid.
- Cook in a moderate oven for 18 min. as soon as rice is cooked add remaining butter cut into small pieces and mix with a fork.
- Serve hot.
