Ingredients
Milk 500
ml
Rice 50
g
Green Cardamom 2
g
Sugar to taste
Almond for
garnish
METHOD
- Take a sauce pan, add rice and water in it to boil the rice. Boil till the rice are 80% cooked.
- Take another sauce pan, add milk in it and add rice (partially cooked) move slowly for 20-25 min on the gas.
- With continuously moving add cardamom green and sugar in it to give it taste as required mix it till rice are properly cooked
- Till the kheer is being cook, take almonds fine chop them or julienne them for garnish.
- Once done, garnish it & Serve Hot.
