How to make Angry Bird Pizza?

Angry Bird Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza Dough                                  180 gm (ball)

Pizza Sauce                                   50 ml

Black Olive                                   10-15 No

Mozzarella Cheese                        1 cup

Bocconcini (fresh mozzarella)      1 ball

Red Cheddar                                 1 Slice

Cherry Tomato (optional)            150 gm

Peperoni (optional)                       15-20 No. slices

Parmesan                                       ½ cup

Method

• For Pizza dough and pizza sauce got to previous recipe (CLICK HERE)
• Roll pizza dough in platform using rolling pin
• Cut pizza like bird shape using knife or pizza cutter and give proper shape by hand

• Spread pizza sauce on pizza base by covering all area
• Cut olives in slices, bocconcini in slices, cheddar in triangle shape
• Spread mozzarella cheese on down side of pizza
• Bocconcini cheese place on eyes of pizza, black olive place on eyes and eyebrows
• Red cheddar place on beak, sprinkle some grated parmesan on red sauce portion of the pizza
• Place the pizza into pizza oven till the cheese get melt completely
• Serve hot

Note: Can also use cherry tomatoes on sauce portion for vegetarians & Peperoni for Non Vegetarians.
