How to make Cheesy pesto sandwich?

Cheesy Pesto Sandwich

Ingredients

Bread Slice                                                2 No

Basil Pesto                                                2 tbsp

Bocconcini (fresh mozzarella)                 3-4 balls

Parmesan Cheese                                      ½ cup

Herb Lime Butter                                     30 gm

 Method

• Take two bread slices and spread herb lime butter both sides (For Herb Lime Butter CLICK HERE)
• Then spread basil pesto on one side of each bread
• Slice the bocconcini cheese and apply on the bread over the basil pesto (for basil pesto CLICK HERE)
• Close sandwich with second slice of bread sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and place on pan in medium heat roast the sandwich both the side till the bread is golden brown and cheese get melt
• Serve hot with pesto mayo

Note: for pesto mayo take 1 cup mayonnaise( for mayonnaise CLICK HERE) and add 1 tablespoon of basil pesto and mix well
