SHRIKHAND
Ingredients
Yoghurt 4.5 cups
Sugar 8-9
tbsp
Saffron 2
pinch
Milk 2
tbsp
Almond – Pista Chopped 10-15

METHOD
- First make yoghurt from curd by hanging in muslin cloth and keep over the night in refrigerator
- Take two tablespoon warm milk add 2 pinch saffron keep aside
- Take yoghurt in bowl add sugar lightly stir with Spatula
- Beat the hung curd till become smooth
- Garnish with chopped Almond and Pista, Chill the shrikhand and serve.
