BASIL PESTO
Ingredients
Basil 2 cups
Peanut 1/3 cup
Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup
Olive Oil ½
cup
Garlic 3-4
cloves
Salt to
taste
Pepper 1-2
pinch
METHOD
- Take a mixer-grinder jar add fresh basil leaves & parmesan cheese.
- Add garlic cloves in it and seasoning with salt & pepper.
- Switch on the mixer-grinder and slowly add olive oil it helps to emulsify the sauce.
- Sauce is ready serve with salads, can be used in pasta and pizza.
