Ingredients for Garlic Lime Butter
Soft Butter 1

Chopped Garlic 2
tbsp
Lime zest 1
tsp
Lime Juice 1

METHOD
- For garlic lime butter take soft butter add chopped garlic, lime zest, lime juice mix well and put it into refrigerator for set it.
- Cut burger buns and spread some garlic lime butter on both pieces.
- Make Slaw with beetroot red cabbage slaw by adding mayonnaise, tomato Ketchup, L. P. Sauce, Tabasco whisk well then add juliennes of beetroot, cabbage and seasoning.
- Make Chicken Burger Petty (With the help of Previous Recipe)
- Now it’s time to arrange burger, toast the buns on grill or pan.
- Apply 1 tablespoon of beetroot red cabbage slaw then put chicken burger petty on slaw.
- Put a slice of red cheddar over the chicken petty and some heat on it so the cheese get melt then apply gherkin slices on cheese then cover with remaining lime butter toasted bun.
- Serve hot enjoy the burger.
