Ricotta Spinach Sandwich

French Bread 2

Herb Lime Butter 30

Ricotta Cheese 50
gm
Mozzarella Fresh (Bocconcini Cheese) 2
balls
Fresh Baby Spinach 30
gm
Parmesan Cheese 1
cup
Salt to

Pepper to
taste
Method
- First separate spinach leaves from stems boil and chop
- Take a pan add herb lime butter when butter melt add chopped boiled spinach and grated ricotta sauté for 2-3 min. and add seasoning
- Take 2 slices of French bread spread herb lime butter on both sides
- Spread spinach ricotta mixer over the bread slice and add some fresh mozzarella over the mixture of ricotta spinach
- Close the sandwich with another slice of bread
- Sprinkle some grated parmesan outer sides of bread
- Take non-stick pan add herb lime butter on low flame and when butter melt place sandwich over butter and cook it for 2-3 min till golden brown with both sides
- Serve hot.
