How to make Ricotta Spinach Sandwich?

 Ricotta Spinach Sandwich

Ingredients


French Bread                                                         2 Slices 
Herb Lime Butter                                                  30 gm
Ricotta Cheese                                                      50 gm
Mozzarella Fresh (Bocconcini Cheese)               2 balls

Fresh Baby Spinach                                              30 gm
Parmesan Cheese                                                  1 cup
Salt                                                                        to taste
Pepper                                                                  to taste


Method

  • First separate spinach leaves from stems boil and chop
  • Take a pan add herb lime butter when butter melt add chopped boiled spinach and grated ricotta sauté for 2-3 min. and add seasoning
  • Take 2 slices of French bread spread herb lime butter on both sides
  • Spread spinach ricotta mixer over the bread slice and add some fresh mozzarella over the mixture of ricotta spinach
  • Close the sandwich with another slice of bread
  • Sprinkle some grated parmesan outer sides of bread
  • Take non-stick pan add herb lime butter on low flame and when butter melt place sandwich over butter and cook it for 2-3 min till golden brown with both sides
  • Serve hot.
