Choux Paste (Profit Roll)
Ingredients
Flour 60
g
Fat 40
g
Egg 2
no
Vanilla essence 2
ml
Water 100
ml
METHOD
- Take a bowl, add vanilla essence, water & fat after that heat them in oven.
- Let it cool after taking out from oven
- Add egg, flour and rub it and rest for 10-15 min.
- Paste will form and then add paste in piping bag and make profit roll & éclairs shape
- Bake at 200 DC for 10 min & then at 150 DC 10-15 min
- Serve by adding whipped cream or chocolate moues shape.
