Gajar  ka Halwa


Ingredients

Carrot                                              500g
Ghee                                                2 tsp
Milk                                                500ml
Khoya                                               50g
Cardamom powder                            2g
Cashew                                             20g
Almond                                          garnish

Raisins                                              10g
Sugar                                              100g

METHOD

  • Take carrots wash peel and grate them
  • Take a sauce pan add ghee in it, add carrots.
  • Sauté the carrots, add milk in it slowly move it for 15-20 min. till consistency form
  • Add khoya, cardmom powder & sugar in the pan and again move slowly for 10-15 min.
  • Garnish with fine chop nuts and serve hot.
