Ingredients
Flour 200g
Fat 125g
Oil 15g
Cold water As required
Salt 5g
METHOD
- Mix flour, salt & oil and Cream fat to bring at room temp.
- Make dough of the mix of flour, salt, oil by adding water in it little at a time
- Roll dough with the help of rolling pin and apply fat using the book fold method use method three time gap of 15 min. in between
- Now roll dough with the help of rolling pin and cut it in diamond shape put in a baking tray and bake it for 10-15 min.at room temp. of 180 degree C.
