CHICKEN BURGER PATTY

Ingredients

mince chicken                                        01 kg                
Sauted onion                                          100 g

chopped chives                                      100 g

fresh bread crumb                                  100g 
dijon mustard                                           2 tbl

fresh cream                                           100 ml       

worcestershire sauce(LP)                       20 ml
black pepper                                          To Taste
salt                                                          To Taste

METHOD

• Mix all with chicken mince.
• make flattened burger patty.
• grill them on griller approx. 5 mins each sides.
• serve hot
