TANDOORI ALOO
Ingredients
Potatoes Large (with skin) 8
Basting
Butter ¼

Garnish

Green Chillies minced

Lemon (optional)
Zeera wala namak (Salt)
METHOD
- Oil and wipe the skewers, skewer the potatoes Baste lightly with butter put the skewers into tandoor and cook for five minutes.
- Remove the skewers and baste again and put them back into tandoor for five minutes.
- When ready take out whole potatoes on a plate and cut them lengthwise into halves.
- Score the pulp and put a teaspoonful of butter on each half.
- Mash in slightly with fork, add some minced green chillies, sprinkle zeera wala namak and squeeze the lemon on top. Serve hot.
