Aloo Stuffed Paratha
Ingredients
For Filling
Boiled Potatoes 2

Red Chilli Powder 1

Green Chilli Chopped 2

Green Coriander Fine Chopped ¼

For Paratha
Dough Ball 40-50
gm
Potato Mixture Ball 60-70
gm
Oil for
Shallow Fry
For Dough
Whole Wheat Flour 2
cup
Warm Water as
required

Method
For Dough
- Take a bowl add wheat flour add salt make a well add a luck warm water and mix it well
- Knead the dough as smooth as possible like tandoori roti dough very smooth
- Add some oil over the dough and set aside for 20 min at least
For Filling
- Take boil grate potatoes from very finest side of the grater
- Add very fine chop onion, green chilli, coriander ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder
- Mix all the ingredients and make very smooth paste
For Paratha
- Take dough ball approx. 40 to 50 gm stretch slightly using hand
- Dip hand in water and make ball of potato mixer approx. 60-70 gm
- Cover the mixture of potatoes with dough and make a ball
- Apply some flour and roll with rolling pin
- Turn on the flame and cook paratha with one side for 2 min, flip paratha apply oil turn again the paratha then apply some more oil on another side.
- Cook paratha both the sides till golden brown
- Serve hot with butter, masala curd, mint chutney etc.
